FARGO, N.D. (AP) — A Dickinson lawmaker who has represented Dickinson for almost 15 years has moved out of the district for the last year of her term.

Rep. Nancy Johnson tells the Forum that she moved to Fargo and built a home there for personal reasons. Johnson says if she's needed in Dickinson, she'll make the trip there.

Johnson is a Republican and has represented Dickinson in the North Dakota House since 1999. She says she isn't running again when her current term is up.
