Man enters car at Amtrak in Fargo

Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - A man was arrested after allegedly entering a car parked in the Amtrak depot parking lot.

Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - A man was arrested after allegedly entering a car parked in the Amtrak depot parking lot.

50-year-old William Radcliff faces charges for unlawful entry of a vehicle (a Class C Felony) and resisting arrest.

He was booked in Cass County Jail.

Around 12:30 a.m., a witness called police saying they saw a man enter a parked vehicle in the Amtrak parking lot.

Police arrived to find a man in the vehicle.

He was handcuffed and arrested after a short scuffle with the officer.

Kevin Pallas- Fargo Police Department: "It didn't belong to him. He stated he didn't know who owned it. We believe he was attempting to either take things from within or just to stay within the vehicle."

Police say the vehicle appeared to be unlocked.

They urge people to keep their car doors locked and valuables out of sight.
