Blue Cross-Blue Shield partnership donates computers to schools in Liberia

Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - Blue Cross-Blue Shield of North Dakota is donating computers to schools in West Africa. Refurbished computers will be sent to high schools, agriculture vocational schools and community colleges in Liberia.

Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - Blue Cross-Blue Shield of North Dakota is donating computers to schools in West Africa. Refurbished computers will be sent to high schools, agriculture vocational schools and community colleges in Liberia.

Christiana Dagadu – Governor of Nimba County: “But we need more assistance so we can be better and so we can be self-sufficient in growing food.”

The donations are thanks to Shamba Partnerships International, a local non-profit working to help modernize agriculture in developing countries, and The Jewel and Randolph Yearwood Education Technology Foundation, a group that helps distribute computers.
