JAMESTOWN, N.D - A small grass fire in northeast Jamestown caused a power outage at the Sanford Clinic on Fifth Avenue Northeast Thursday morning.

Jamestown Fire Department responded to the fire shortly after 10 a.m. As of 10:30 a.m., power was still out at the clinic, according to Jon Lillejord, clinic director. Other nearby buildings did not appear to be affected.

The power outage is delaying patients' appointments, Lillejord said.

The fire burned approximately 20 square feet, and appeared to have burned out on its own. No one was injured.

Ottertail Power Co. was also on scene.
