Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - A Fargo man will spend three years in prison after pleading guilty to human trafficking charges.

Authorities say Chad Lindley posted ads on Craigslist recruiting young women to work as prostitutes.

He is the first person in Cass County to be charged under the state's 2009 human trafficking law.

Lindley also pleaded guilty today to using a minor in a sexual performance, luring minor and controlled substance charges.
