Moorhead, MN (WDAY TV)-- State of the art technology, basically a robot at M State is helping students better connect with staff members.
This is called a "v-bod."
That guy you see in the screen is at the Wadena campus by using the v-bod he's also at the Moorhead campus, and all of the other M State campuses all at once.
Eventually it could be used in the classroom, but for right now it'll help connect students with administrative questions.
Peter Wielinski- VP of Student Development at M State: "One of the problems is though is we can experience a spike in student traffic on one campus and its difficult to bring staff across campus' to the point of student need, this helps us do that in an instant."
M State is the first college in the entire country to utilize the "v-bod."
