Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - For the second time in ten months, the Minnesota Timberwolves traveled to the Red River Valley. Dante Cunningham and Chase Budinger were in town.

The Wolves Summer Caravan made a stop at the Family Wellness Center this morning to give a clinic for young basketball players. It's been a busy offseason for Minnesota, capped off with the team re-signing center Nikola Pekovic yesterday.

Dante Cunningham - Timberwolves Forward: "Pek is the center-point. He's the big man down low, getting all the rebounds, scoring, taking care of their big man, things like that. We definitely had to have him back to make this team a playoff team."

Chase Budinger - Timberwolves Forward: "We have a great team, added a lot of new pieces which will for sure help. Obviously, Rick Adelman is coming back, we have Pekovic coming back. So, we have all the pieces there to be a very good team."

The Wolves will come back to the Dakotas in October. They'll play an exhibition game at Sioux Falls' new basketball arena.
