Fargo, ND (WDAY TV)-- This may be the most important week of the season

for the F-M RedHawks, they're in St. Paul tonight to kick-off a nine game stretch against their two top contenders for the division title.

The Hawks have a comfortable 6 and a half game lead in the division, but they know how quickly that gap can close.

Todd Jennings- RedHawks Catcher: "I think we have a good ball club and whoever is the hottest going into the playoffs usually has the best chance to win it."

Doug Simunic RedHawks Manager: "It's one thing to be in first place. But, it's another thing to stay in first place, so that's what our goal is. We're trying to win ball games one game at a time, especially here. We're going to play a lot of our games here, so we want to be good here. We want to just continue to do the things that we do best against good teams. St. Paul is a good team."
