WILLISTON, N.D. (AP) — A city in the middle of the North Dakota oil patch is advertising for more teachers, although school district officials aren't sure if they'll need them.

The Williston Public School District plans to post openings for four teachers at McVay Elementary School, one each for grades kindergarten through third.

The Williston Herald reports that the city is preparing for an increase of 157 students at the elementary schools, but the final number is hard to predict.

The district expects an increase of 228 students in all grades.
