Arrest warrant issued for former Bison football player

Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - An arrest warrant has been issued for former Bison football player.

Don Carter is accused fo skipping out on his court-ordered

community service. He had pleaded guilty to petition fraud, and was sentenced to 50 hours of community service. Carter failed to appear Tuesday to explain why he hasn't completed his community service.

Carter and 14 others were accused of faking signatures on two petition forms for ballot initiatives last summer. Thirteen of the 15 were current or former Bison football players; all pleaded guilty.

Arrest warrants have also been issued for two other former Bison players,

Aireal Boyd and D.J. McNorton.
