Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - Number 3 is being honored and remembered for his baseball talents and love of Hospice.
Working with the Minnesota Twins and the Killebrew family, Lakeland Hospice of Fergus Falls is preparing for August 17th Harmon Killebrew Hospice Day at Target Field.
As part of that, a Harley Davidson motorcycle will be awarded to the winner of a raffle ticket. Those tickets are on sale throughout the region.
Thirty-two buses from Lakes Country will make the trip to Target Field for the game as part of a Bus Blitz.
Tammy Anderson - Lakeland Hospice, Fergus Falls: “We still have room for some other businesses to sponsor. We have fan buses; people can hop on the bus. For $100 they can go on a charter bus, get a ticket to the game. They get a free shirt, Harmon Hanky, and a free meal at tailgating. It’s going to be a lot of fun.”
