Bismarck man accused of burglarizing 3 bars

BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — A judge has set bond at $10,000 for a Bismarck man accused of burglarizing three Burleigh County bars in June.

BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — A judge has set bond at $10,000 for a Bismarck man accused of burglarizing three Burleigh County bars in June.

Derald Horn Jr. faces three felony counts that each carry a maximum punishment of five years in prison upon conviction. Court documents do not list an attorney for him.

The Bismarck Tribune reports that Horn is accused of burglarizing Flashes Bar in Sterling and the Moffit Bar in Moffit on June 9 and of breaking into Uncle Jesse's in Driscoll later in the month.
