BISMARCK — Attorneys for 10 people accused of selling illegal synthetic drugs out of a downtown Bismarck skateboard shop are asking a judge to dismiss the charges.

The 10 Discontent defendants argue that they are being singled out — that other retailers selling the same products aren't being prosecuted. A hearing is set for Aug. 22.

The Bismarck Tribune reports (http://bit.ly/1aJugGe ) that all 10 suspects have pleaded not guilty. They include the store's owner, manager and eight employees.
