Kids take part in 4th of July parade through Concordia

Moorhead, MN (WDAY TV) - Parents and teachers gathered to watch their shining stars in a small parade in honor of the 4th of July.

Moorhead, MN (WDAY TV) - Parents and teachers gathered to watch their shining stars in a small parade in honor of the 4th of July.

It was put on by Children from Cobber Kid's Daycare. They walked through the Concordia College campus carrying a Red, White, and Blue flag.

One mom taking pictures said her 19-month-old daughter was ready to wave.

Erin Koeppe, Mom Watching Parade: “Well we talked about it a little bit, but she is kinda young to understand. She's just excited to wear her red shirt today.”

Some Concordia College Staff were on a lunch break and stopped by the see the kids in action.
