Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) -- A first of its kind race is already an overwhelming success. More than 10-thousand people are signed up to run tomorrow's Run or Dye race, at the West Fargo fairgrounds. Organizers call the world's most colorful 5-K.

Runners are splattered in color during the course. Meanwhile, runners lined up outside Fargo Running Company to register, and pick up their packets.

Jake Ackerman, executive producer, says, "Trying to encourage people to live life purposefully. To really celebrate diversity, celebrate color, celebrate who they are, and really embrace life to its fullest."

Registration for the race is still open. It all starts at 9 a.m. tomorrow.
