Charlies's Ottertail Tubing is against the idea. Infact, they even offered to check Id's and hand out wristbands to those who are of age.
Pihlaja: "Minors can't go anywhere else and drink why can they come here and drink."
And despite the hassel, customers say they'll comply.
Watchorn: "I think it's a good thing."
Sapphire Watchorn-Tuber: "Especially when the water's high, it can get kind of dangerous. Like there's a spot back there where I flipped."
