Grand Forks, ND (WDAY TV) -- 4 Grand Forks siblings facing felonies in state district court for selling meth, are now looking at possible federal charges.

The family is Don, Dustin, Desiree and Doree Keplin. The felonies in state district court carry a maximum 20 year sentence. The federal charges would mean possibly stiffer penalties.

Police say the siblings were part of a meth deal to confidential informants.

The drugs allegedly came from Texas and the Twin Cities.

Devin Keplin is also in jail right now, on separate felony charges of theft and fleeing.
