Fargo, ND (WDAY TV)-- Employers all over the country are worried about what will happen to insurance costs when the Affordable Care Act takes effect.

Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota is going on an 8 city, statewide tour.

The group will meet with customers who own a business.

Some companies will take on big changes, and more costs. There's an extra tax that'll be passed to customers.

Even the age of workers will effect insurance costs for employers.

Paul Von Ebers- President & CEO BCBSND: "It does vary quite a bit by the type of employer situation so it's really hard to say one size fits all so that's a caution, which is one reason why we're trying to tailor these to the individual employers."

A company with younger employees will likely see an increase in costs, and the opposite for a company with an older workforce.
