Fargo, ND (WDAY TV)-- It was a record setting year for bow hunters in Fargo's city limits. 29 deer were harvested during the urban hunt.

They're included in this year's hunt.

Last year, 79 wild turkeys were trapped and relocated to central North Dakota.

If you're interested in taking part in the urban hunt.

Clay Whittlesey- Fargo Park District: "You show up for the training, we have a presentation for about an hour and a half. Then we have a written test and shooting proficiency and if you pass those that night you have the ability to purchase a license and that takes place in July."

Since the urban hunt begin 6 years ago - 80 deer have been harvested.
