MINOT, N.D. (AP) — A Parshall man who pleaded guilty to assault with a dangerous weapon was sentenced to 33 months in prison.
The U.S. Attorney's office said 20-year-old Kenneth Grady was sentenced Monday in federal court.
He was accused of injuring a woman by hitting and kicking her in July 2010. Grady pleaded guilty in January.
