Lidgerwood woman receives sentence for threatening North Dakota lawmaker

Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - A Lidgerwood woman accused of threatening to kill a North Dakota lawmaker because of abortion legislation will not serve any jail time.

Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - A Lidgerwood woman accused of threatening to kill a North Dakota lawmaker because of abortion legislation will not serve any jail time.

Thirty-nine-year-old Nicolette Knudson is pleading guilty to threatening a public servant. She's been given a one year, deferred sentence. If she completes the year of probation, the charge will be removed from her record.

Knudson was accused of threatening Senator Margaret Sitte from Bismarck.
