Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - A Fargo boy got to see his dad face to face even though he's hundreds of miles away.

Four-year-old Wyatt Clarke and his preschool class at the YWCA, A Child's World, got to Skype with his dad, Master Sargent Josh Clarke. Josh is currently serving in Afghanistan.

Wyatt’s class recently made a care package for Josh and other troops, filled with goodies, and even handmade flags. One of the flags was used at a re-enlistment ceremony.

Wyatt Clarke, Fargo: “We put glue on and then we sprinkle some red sand on there.”

Rachel Clarke, Wyatt’s Mom: “We only skype only every now and then because the internet is kind of sketchy, but he made a special point during his duty day to go somewhere where they had good internet.”

The Forum's Tracy Briggs will have more on this story tomorrow on the YWCA Area voices blog at YWCACassClay.AreaVoices.com.
