Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - A 100-year-old singer is proving that some hobbies really last a lifetime.

The Touchmark Choir performed a concert at the Fargo Theatre tonight, singing classic songs from Broadway and film. Members range in age from 65 to 100.

The senior member of the choir is 100-year-old Bea Ihlenfeld. She says she has been singing in choirs her entire life.

Bea Ihlenfeld, 100-Year-Old Singer: "My dad was a minister, and I was in the choir as a kid when my mother was in the choir. So, I've been in choirs all my life. I'm still at it.”

Ihlenfeld has lived in Fargo since 1942 and worked in the Fargo School District.
