Fargo, ND (WDAY TV)-- After days of searching, the SWAT team tracked a wanted man to a South Fargo neighborhood tonight. Officers surrounded the neighborhood for an hour with guns drawn and forced the 30-year-old man from his home and arrested on counts of terrorizing and burglary.

Kati Hendrickson-Witness: "Come out with your hands up, come up with your hands up."

Just after seven you could spot police strapped in bullet proof vests, hiding behind cars, and a swat team called in for back up.

Hendrickson: "There was three of them and there were guns."

A full block on 21st Street South, barricaded by law enforcement executing a dangerous search warrant. But the suspect wouldn't budge.

Hendrickson: "I didn't know if someone was going to run, get shot at or really what was going to happen. I had no idea."

Hendrickson:"It was a big boom, a really big boom. And then smoke everywhere and some kid come out."

Tim Hendrickson-Witness: "You don't often hear the boom that came through here. I suppose it's a stun grenade."

Sergeant Jim VanLith-Fargo Police: "It's called a distractionary device to gain the attention of whoever may be inside the trailer."

Nearly an hour after the standoff began, 30-year-old Travis Zierke came out of his trailer, hands up, only wearing his underwear.

Handcuffed, and arrested on charges of terrorizing and burglary.

Hendrickson:"We got kids around here, we don't need this."

Tonight, Zierke is in the Cass County jail awaiting his first court appearance.
