(WDAY TV) -- The offseason never ends in the NFL and for former NDSU player and coach Gus Bradley he's learning a new lesson every day.

The first year head coach of the Jacksonville Jaguars is working with his

full team for the first time as they've started OTA's.

Bradley re-shaped the team last month at the draft; taking offensive tackle Luke Joeckel with the 2nd pick and now has to figure out who his quarterback will be adding to a long list of questions he needs answers to.

Bradley says, "Just to get a chance to meet our players and visit with them on a one-on-one basis and then go out on the field with them and really get a feel for what they do best. Work both offense, defense, and special teams. It has been a great little journey here. They're learning a new system right now and we're giving a lot of opportunities. We're splitting up reps with them. We're trying to find the best one and we're going to make sure we get all the best players on the field at one time. So, it's really an open competition. We're giving both an opportunity and then will judge in the end."
