That part of the state had a storm system move in, and just sit there dumping inches of rain -- and it continued to spit all day.
Take a look at how deep this water is. It's on either side of the highway, it's filling up the ditches, gushing over the road and when cars drive through it, it's going all the way up to their bumpers.
Rain water started washing over the interstate late last night. But the real problems began this morning when two semis were caught in the current.
State Patrol assisted the situation and have been guarding the area all day.
Around seven tonight, Jamestown police reported a rollover. The driver was traveling through the water too quick. At one point officials say some areas reached 3 feet deep or more. Even so, these bikers braved the deep water hoping to get home safe.
Wayne Howard/Biker: "It was wetter than I expected. It came up to my legs pretty good. But, it's been wet all day, so what do you do?
John Howard/Biker: " I guess I was a little nervous about the bike but she did alright. So, it was fine. No big deal."

Howard/Biker: "yeah, I got wet but I've been getting wet all day, so.
