Moorhead, MN (WDAY TV) -- Anyone traveling Highway 10 or 75 through Moorhead could run into delays throughout the summer.
MN DOT will begin resurfacing those roads tomorrow. That includes construction on Main avenue between Veterans Memorial Bridge and 8th street.
Traffic signals will be replaced along Center and Main Avenue. And work could even temporarily close 4th and 5th Street North. Business owners along these projects have mixed feeling about the construction.
Jim Silbernagel with Silbernagel Service and Supply, says, "it's not going to hurt us at all. We sell a lot of propane to contractors. So, I'm not worried about it."
Vernon Kroshus with Ole's Nursery and Landscaping says, "if they do this road construction people are going to look for alternate routes to get home. They're going to look for less inconvienance. You funnel it down to one lane, it's going to back up all the way to the lights back here and that's not going to be in my favor."
The project is expected to be completed by the end of September.
