Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) -- A man has died from a head injury, police say, he suffered almost a month ago at "The Northern." According to officials, it happened April 13th when 38-year-old Christopher Barr was asked to leave the gentlemen's club.

Barr was escorted out, and continued to leave the area. Later, he returned, confronted and tried to strike an employee. Trying to control the situation, the employee pushed Barr away. And that's how Barr fell and hit his head.

He was transported and treated at Sanford. But Barr died on Tuesday, from his injuries. Fargo Police say charges are always a possibility.

Deputy Chief Pat Claus with the Fargo Police says, "An unintended death can be just that, an unintended death. Caused by accident, illness, self-inflicted injury, or homicide. So, there is always a potential for a criminal charge."

Authorities say right now, it's too early, in this case, to say whether or not the employee will be charged.
