Fargo, ND (WDAY TV)-- After anxiously waiting out a late Spring farmers are finally in the fields.

It's go-time as they push to get the crops in the field. You can help make sure it's a safe planting season by being aware of the slow moving equipment.

Often times there is limited visibility in machinery. The advice? Don't tail-gate and try not to pass.

Terry Johnson- Maple River Grain & Agronomy: "The public really needs to watch out for the slow moving vehicles that we have, our anhydrous tanks and our machines don't run at the full speed down the highway, they have the restricted speeds they have to drive."

Anhydrous Ammonia can be deadly if the gas would escape.
