(WDAY TV) -- It's desperation time for the Minnesota Wild, after falling down 2-0 in their first round series with Chicago.

Jonathan Toews didn't find the scoring sheet Friday night,

but he didn't need to the Hawks are so loaded.

Minnesota didn't give up though, trailing 4-1 late, Marco Scandella scored his second goal all year to cut the lead in half. But, Chicago gets the empty-netter in the final seconds to win 5-2. Right now, it's all about turning chances into goals for the Wild.
