Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - Fargo Jet Center is landing high marks on an international level.

The pilots flying in have spoken, giving the jet center a number two ranking in this year's Aviation International News Fixed Base Operator survey.

The survey is based on service, amenities, and facilities evaluations of centers all over the Western Hemisphere. Fargo's geographical location serves as a top fuel stop and is an attractive U.S. Customs clearance port.

Shawn Dobberstein, Hector International Airport Exec. Dir.: “They've set the bar really high and to attain the recognition that they have not only from their peers across the county and across the world, but by their customers really says a lot.”

It's the second time Fargo has appeared in the top 10, the last time coming up 8th in 2011.
