The City of Fargo has opened it's E-O-C as the potential flooding

Fargo, ND (WDAY TV)-- The City of Fargo has opened it's E-O-C as the potential for rising waters in the Red grow closer.

Fargo, ND (WDAY TV)-- The City of Fargo has opened it's E-O-C as the potential for rising waters in the Red grow closer.

People from different emergency response agencies will be working around the clock.

Agencies like police and fire departments are at the E-O-C. Along with social services, the health department and public information. They will be answering phones and emails to make response times quicker.

Leon Schlafmann- Emergency Management Coordinator: "Gives us that face to face contact, that's the nice thing about the EOC, we have that face to face contact so if I need something from fire to emergency to engineering to the police department, they just turn around in their chairs and they can talk."
