Bail set in hit-and-run death

Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - A judge today set bail at a half million dollars for a Brampton man facing hit-and-run charges in connection with the death of a 28-year-old Oakes man.

Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - A judge today set bail at a half million dollars for a Brampton man facing hit-and-run charges in connection with the death of a 28-year-old Oakes man.

22-year-old Dakota Sutton appeared in court today on charges of murder, manslaughter, drunken driving and driving with a suspended license.

He's accused of hitting Reavis Dandridge with his truck in Sargent County on April 7th. It happened on County Road 2, about four miles south of North Dakota Highway 11

Sutton's next court appearance has not yet been set.
