Fargo, ND (WDAY TV)-- Clay County officials believe spring flood prep is right on track, if the predictions don't get any worse.

Emergency Services Director Bryan Green says based on current predictions, the county has enough resources to secure flood-prone areas including Oakport and Crystal Creek.

But if conditions worsen, the county will call in more resources and equipment, And possibly help from the state and national guard.

LT. Bryan Green- Clay Co. Emergency Services Director: “Anything additional on top of this, of course we push it out and get warmer weather, you're kind of in that flash flood mode where you don't know what to expect at that point.”
