Fargo, ND (WDAY TV)-- The MSUM Dragons are a team without a home field these days. They began spring football on Dacotah Field tonight because their field still isn't dry enough to start practice.

Steve Laqua's bunch will be moving all over the metro over the next two weeks; starting at NDSU, then next week they'll head to Shanley, just in an effort to get on the field.

Nick Seedorff- MSUM Jr. Linebacker: "If anything, it makes it more fun because a lot of the guys played on turf in high school. We do like turf and it's kind of nice to switch it up."

Steve Laqua- MSUM Head Coach: "Sometimes you can get caught in the same routine of ho-hum this is how practice is. Now you're going into a different place every time. It's almost like you're walking into a game atmosphere and as young as we are to be able to simulate that as much as you can that's a great thing for our program."
