Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) -- Usually if you're good enough to play Division 1 football; coaches or scouts will find you.

Darius Anderson is a player that has slipped thru the cracks. Anderson,

who started his college career at Valley City State transferred to NDSU last

fall and was a standout on the scout team.

Anderson is originally from Hawaii, his best offer to play in college came

from VCSU, but after a year there, he wanted to see if he could play

Division 1 and is showing the Bison staff what he can do.

Anderson sits 3rd on the Bison depth chart this spring behind returners Sam Ojuri and Derrick Lang; John Crockett is out with a broken wrist.
