The county engineer and emergency service director have been in touch with federal and state agencies and plans are coming together. Minnesota State Highway Patrol has agreed to supply a helicopter and some local contractors are offering up back hoes and dozers.

Bryan Green - Emergency Management Director: "We have other 300,000 sandbags, empty sandbags. The residents have to fill their sandbags. They have to buy their own sand and fill them."
