Grand Forks, ND (WDAY TV) -- A missing sex offender has been captured in Grand Forks.
Paul Alcorta went missing earlier this month. He's being held in the Grand Forks jail. Alcorta was convicted of raping a 17-year old acquaintance in Okahoma in 1991.
