Absconded sex offender apprehended in Grand Forks

Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - An absconded sex offender has been apprehended.
Paul Rock Alcorta, a non-compliant Level 2 Sex Offender has been captured and is in custody in the Grand Forks County Jail. Alcorta was convicted in Comanche Count, Oklahoma of Second Degree Rape in 1991. His victim was a 17 year-old female acquaintance.
