Moorhead man held on multiple burglary, domestic assault charges

MOORHEAD – A Moorhead was arrested Thursday in connection with a domestic disturbance in rural Clay County.
Cody Finley, 24, is being held on suspicion of two counts of first-degree felony burglary, one count of felony domestic assault with strangulation, and two other counts of domestic assault.
He was arrested just before 1 p.m. Thursday.
Moorhead, Dilworth, and Glyndon Police Departments assisted Clay County in the arrest.
Clay County Sheriff said the case is still under investigation, and information provided by the victim indicates there may be more charges against Finley to follow.
