Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - Attorneys say they need more time to review evidence in the case of a Fargo man, charged with murdering his wife.
46-year-old Ronald Rogers appeared in Cass County Court today, where his hearing was continued. The state told the judge both sides are getting new information about gunshot residue, and haven't had time to go over it.
Rogers is accused of shooting his wife to death in their south Fargo home last month, then trying to pass it off as suicide. If convicted, Rogers faces up to life in prison without parole. He is currently being held on 1 million dollars bail.
