Clay County authorities seeking assistance in locating burglary suspects

Moorhead, MN (WDAY TV) - The Clay County Sheriff is seeking assistance in locating suspects in two overnight burglaries.

Around 1 AM The Country Store in Felton was broken into. Merchandise and cash were taken. At 2:30 AM, authorities received a report of a burglary at the Hitterdal Liquor Store. Authorities are not sure if the burglaries are connected.

The Hitterdal Liquor Store was equipped with security cameras. The suspect is believed to be driving a Chevrolet pickup with a topper and chrome brush guard. Anyone with information should contact Detective Jason Hicks at the Clay County Sheriffs Office at 218-299-5151.
