UND, NDSU men's hoops team lose in postseason
BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — The season has come to an end for both the University of North Dakota and North Dakota State men's basketball teams.

Northern Iowa beat UND 77-66 on Wednesday in the opening round of the CollegeInsider.com Tournament. Western Michigan downed NDSU 72-71 in overtime in the first round of the College Basketball Invitational.
UND ends the season with a 16-17 record. NDSU finishes 24-10. The Bison almost made the NCAA tournament, losing to South Dakota State in the championship game of the Summit League Tournament.
