Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - A formal complaint has been filed against a Cass County judge, accusing him of sexually harassing a court reporter.
Wick Corwin is accused of creating a hostile work environment by repeating trying to contact the woman.
Corwin admitted to investigators he was trying to have an affair with the woman.
Investigators say Corwin told them he tried to "clear the air" with the woman, but she saw the attempts to be intimidating.
Corwin denies any serious misconduct.
