Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) -- Fargo police want you to know a convicted sex offender is moving.
Michael Garner's new address is 729 3rd Street North, apartment #2, in Fargo. He's a level 2 offender. He was convicted is 2003, in Cass County, of luring a minor by computer.
