As early as this evening people on I-94 in our area say driving conditions are terrible. This rollover happened about 10 miles west of Fargo, on the I-94 frontage road..

No one was injured. That frontage road, like many less traveled highways, is built up with large drifts. On interstate, drivers are battling blowing snow, strong wind and ice from time to time.
