The Red Pepper is opening it's doors in north Fargo Monday morning. It's no surprise if the eatery sounds familiar, owners Jeff and Nicki Tellmann already operate two Grand Fargo shops.
The restaurant is known for its "grinders," sandwiches made on submarine bread rolls with ham, turkey or salami, or a combination of the three, all topped with taco meat and Red Pepper's special white sauce. It also serves tacos and tostados.
