North Dakota has three of the fastest growing cities in the country

Williston ranks #1 in cities with populations between 10,000 and 50,000. Williston gained almost 2,300 people.
Dickinkson is #3 and Minot is #25. The state census committee chairman says the numbers refer to residents and not temporary workers.
He believes there's another 30,000 people living in man camps, in oil country.
