FARGO – A Fargo man accused of stabbing another man after a threesome gone wrong has pleaded not guilty in the case.
Ashley Hunter, 33, pleaded not guilty to a Class C felony charge of aggravated assault today in Cass County District Court.
Court records allege that Hunter stabbed Orlando DeWitt in February after the two were engaged in a sexual act with a woman with whom the pair had been out drinking.
When Hunter asked DeWitt to change positions and DeWitt refused, it led to an argument, after which Hunter stabbed DeWitt, police claim in the complaint.
Hunter’s next court appearance is set for May 7.
