A change of plea may happen in the Abrahamson Assault Case

Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) -- An Arizona sheriff's deputy, charged with assaulting a West Fargo man, is set to plead guilty.

Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) -- An Arizona sheriff's deputy, charged with assaulting a West Fargo man, is set to plead guilty.

41-year old Tim Abrahamson was charged with aggravated assault, in a September attack against the man having a relationship with Abrahamson's wife.

The victim allegedly lost part of his ear. A Cass County prosecutor says the change of plea is set for May 6th.
